√ Apartments:
The Cariboo Friendship Society provides seventeen apartments in the main administration building. Of these apartments, two are designated handicapped and one is designated as supportive recovery. There are 11 one-bedrooms, 4 two-bedrooms, and 2 bachelor suites. These apartments are available to low-moderate income urban Aboriginal individuals and families. 

√ Eagles Nest Apartments:
The Society operates a 33 Unit Apartment complex. Of these apartments, four are designated handicapped and there are 16 one-bedrooms, and 17 two-bedrooms. These apartments are available to low-moderate income urban Aboriginal individuals and families. 

√ Detached Housing:
The Society operates 38 two, three, and four bedroom units which provide low-moderate income rental to the urban Aboriginal community. 

√ Townhouses:
The Society operates two four-plex units which are available to low-moderate income Aboriginal individuals and families.
